Completion with all options

QSM Payment Module is specially designed to cater for all different contract arrangements or particulars ranging from lump sum contracts to re-measurement contracts for building or civil works.  The user can enter into a separate built-up screen for different Bills and Contract particulars, e.g. retention, profit, preliminaries and taxes to prepare detailed built-up or set calculation parameters for different requirements.

The user can link the appropriated sections of the interim payment valuation together to calculate the value of certain section of work e.g. to link the amount of direct work valuation with the amount of cost related to preliminaries item.

QSM-Payment Module has also been carefully designed with all the built-in common contract particulars, like maximum retention to guide and prevent obvious errors in payment valuation.  In addition, convention contracts arrangement with Nominated Sub-Contracts have also been appropriately addressed in this Module.

Flexible to Operate

QSM Payment Module can allow user to prepare his payment in basically any format, any level of details and any combinations of different approaches that he prefers to suit the job requirements or prevailing company practice.

The user can prepare interim payment valuation by:

        Percentage to each item, and/or

Lump sum to each item; and/or

        Detail measurement toeach item, and/or

Abstract measurement from BQ  to each item; and/or even

Percentage/lump sum to users defined groups of items.

The last option of the above is particularly useful during the start or the end of the construction, with which the size of the document for the interim payment valuation can be reduced tremendously as sections of work being started or just completed can be summarized into one simple item instead of repeating a list of already approved or agreed B.Q. items.
